I extremely welcome all my dearest prospective students to The Vishnu Art & Culture Research And Training Centre (VACRTC), Bishnupur. The college is now purely private (non-aided). Any kind of fund/source is not received from the State/Central Government. The college is run and managed by The College Management Committee. It is the first cultural college granted recognisation in the Bishnupur District. There are 6 (Six) Assembly Constituencies in this District. The college is a rural base college. The college has no fund except from admission, donation and contribution from the sympathisers/members of the committee. The college Secretary and Principal have tried to get at least some grants as -Guru – Shishya Parampara (Repertory Grant) for the year 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India (approved one Guru and two Shishya).
The Management Committee extremely dedicated to set of teachers and support staff. The student have also provided with the best environment to learn and grew in. I do hope that the students can be assured of a very friendly environment faculty.
